Returns and Exchanges

We take great pride in creating the best quality products, in the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please notify us first within 14 days of receiving your order, by email at:


We will exchange, refund or issue a credit note for the purchase price excluding the shipping cost.

If you exchange the same item for a different colour or size it will be shipped back to you free of charge. We only offer exhcnages on variations of the same product, for alternative styles you will need to return it and purchase the new item separately.

Please retain your shipping receipt, when returning items fill out the exchange/ refund form and ensure the postage box is marked clearly with ‘Returned Goods’.


Sales can only be refunded to the original card used to purchase online. We cannot give refunds for items bought online in store.

Please allow 5 working days from us receiving the return to process the refund or exchange. It can take a further 10 working days for the funds to be returned to your account (depending on the bank or card issuer.

 Online purchases can only be refunded to the original credit/debit card used.


The cost of original and return postage is non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent by mistake.

Parcels that are returned to us remain responsibility of the customer until the refund/exchange items are received and processed. We strongly recommend sending returns through a reliable service such as recorded or signed for post and to keep your proof of postage until we notify you that the order has been received and processed!


If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU/EEA please mark the box ‘Returned Goods’.

If your return is held at UK customs and a charge is levied, we cannot be responsible for any charges and the package will unfortunately be returned to you.


We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on Akatue as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be completely accurate


If you think your item is faulty or incorrect, please specify this when you get in touch with us. We will be happy to assist in your return.
